No Gi Judo is Judo training without the gi, using clinch control, body positioning, and adapted grips to make throws and transitions work in a faster, more slippery setting.
It’s a fun, challenging class that builds real-world grappling ability, improves athleticism, and complements both traditional gi Judo and other sports (like BJJ, wrestling, and MMA).
Who it’s for
This class is for:
- Adults who want a different style of Judo (less grip-fighting on sleeves/collars, more body control)
- Judo players who want to sharpen timing, movement, and reactions
- Anyone cross-training for BJJ / MMA / wrestling, or just wanting a hard, skill-based workout
Beginners are welcome – we scale the training to your level.
