Dynamic Balance for Life®
Dynamic Balance for Life is a 10-week program designed for people 65+ or anyone wanting to improve balance, strength, coordination, and safe falling skills. In a supportive small-group setting, participants build confidence and practical movement skills that help them stay active, steady, and independent.
Dynamic Balance for Life® is an evidence-based 10-week program designed to help older adults reduce their risk of fall-related injuries. Unlike traditional falls prevention programs, it not only focuses on improving balance, strength and mobility, but also teaches practical safe-falling skills to help minimise injury should a fall occur.
Drawing on research in falls prevention together with the practical safe-falling principles of judo, the program combines guided exercise, movement training and practical instruction to help participants build confidence, maintain independence and move more safely in everyday life.
The program is delivered in a friendly, supportive environment and is suitable for people of all fitness levels. No martial arts or exercise experience is required.
